Alright! I'm on a roll today! Now, this next show comes from 1988 and was requested by kisslive1996! The show he requested is the second Miami show! The show is mostly complete (the beginning of Sixty Years On is cut and the band intro also!) and in listenable quality!

Recently, I uploaded the first Chicago show which is 6 days after this and Elton sounded pretty rough with him angry birding in most of the songs! Here, he is much fresher so sounds cleaner but he does have some rough spots during the show! This show is also different to the first night on several songs (that show is being remastered and will be up in the near future!)

We have an excellent rendition of Sixty Years On which in my opinion is one of the best versions of the song ever, I Need You To Turn To where he sounds a great deal better than Chicago plus he phrases it more towards the Live in Australia version which I prefer, The King Must Die where he has more vocal control than other versions, Burn Down The Mission with some roughness but still cleaner than Chicago, Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word which is the first post-surgery version where he avoids the first falsetto, Tiny Dancer with nice phrasing but it still doesn't beat the previous night, I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues which sounds fantastic, Philadelphia Freedom which shows why it is one of Elton's staple songs in concert on this US tour with the audience going crazy when he hits the 'shine a light' notes in the chorus, Nikita with nice instrumentation plus is great vocally but not as good as the first night, Sad Songs (Say So Much) which has an awesome intro, Daniel with random phrasing before the final chorus, I Don't Wanna Go On With You Like That with some unique phrasing plus the solo is brilliant however Elton does angry bird quite a bit during the song, Candle In The Wind which isn't as epic as the first night but still a great version, The Bitch Is Back which is a strong post-surgery version, Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting where Elton hits a strong C5 in the third chorus, Your Song which is an excellent version and I'm Still Standing where Elton angry birds half the notes!
Enjoy this show!
