This concert shows Elton in top form. It was played on June the 18th 2011 in the O2 World in Berlin, Germany and was recorded in the audience, however, the quality is pretty decent. As a matter of fact this is my 2nd video from Berlin (check out the other from 1989 on my channel). Back to the concert: Almost everything works in this gig -- Awesome versions of the songs. Madman Across The Water, Levon, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Rocket Man, Hey Ahab, Take Me To The Pilot, Are You Ready For Love, Bennie And The Jets, Your Song = FANTASTIC! One of the best gigs Elton has done in a while! And the duo "2CELLOS" works perfect on Elton's songs when they accompanies with their two cellos. Try listen to Gone To Shiloh and Your Song from this concert where you in particular can hear them. One of the only things you can put a finger on in this concert is the tempo of Monkey Suit which is a bit too fast in my opinion, otherwise listen to the concert and Enjoy it in its entirety!
