As requested by Elton Bootlegs and tsskiller08, the 1986 shows will make their presence felt (and heard)! This great show from the later part of the North American leg has rough-but-listenable quality, but song-wise, it's complete (there's cuts on some songs, and there's cuts before/after songs because the taper wanted to save tape)! The audience is very enthusiastic throughout the show--which makes this a great listen (even in the average quality). Elton's voice is clearly starting to show signs of the nodule trouble you will hear on Los Angeles and the Australian gigs: Some of his higher available notes are either growled out, or he'll rasp pretty badly ("Tonight," "One Horse Town," and "Levon" are examples of this). His voice does strengthen somewhat as the show progresses, so Elton will sound decent throughout the show. To make up for his voice going, Elton will embellish and/or oversing phrases ("Rocket Man" is a very good example) left and right! He also still apparently has his falsetto during this concert (you can hear it on "Tonight," and "Rocket Man")!

Note 1: Elton does "Barry White Phrasing" during Philadelphia Freedom. This phrasing is randomly making your voice deeper, then you sing in the lower registers!

Note 2: Elton makes up lyrics during "Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting."
